RETURN POLICY
At OH SO Amber Boutique, we value your satisfaction and want to ensure that every purchase meets your expectations. If you are not fully satisfied with your item, we offer a hassle-free return process.
OH SO Amber Boutique gladly accepts returns within 14 days of the delivery date for store credit or exchange. You may be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Items must be returned in the condition received, with tags attached, unworn, and unwashed, or they will be subject to denial of the return.

A return allows you to send back an item that did not meet your expectations and receive a new replacement item of the same or similar kind, or a store credit. This process helps ensure you get the right product without needing a full return and reorder process.
Eligibility for Returns
You are eligible for a return if:
The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
The item does not match the size or color you ordered.
The item is unworn, unused, and in its original condition with tags attached.
The return request is made within 14 days of receiving your order.
Note: Sale or final clearance items are not eligible for returns unless defective.
How to Request a Return

Approval Process: Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with further instructions.
Return of Original Item: Once approved, you will receive a prepaid return label (if applicable) to send the item back.
Processing the Return: After receiving the item, we will ship the replacement item within 5-7 business days.
Shipping Costs
Defective/Incorrect Items: We will cover all return shipping costs.
Other Returns: If the return is for reasons such as dissatisfaction with size or color, you may be responsible for return shipping fees.
Conditions
We reserve the right to deny a return if the item is damaged due to customer handling, shows signs of wear, or is outside the return eligibility period.
Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached, unworn, and unwashed.
Non-Eligible Items
Intimate wear (e.g., lingerie, swimwear) due to hygiene reasons.
Earrings, hats.
Final sale or clearance items unless defective.

Additional Shipping Details
Orders over $350 will require a signature upon delivery. If you are not home to sign, please reschedule a delivery with the postal carrier. If the package is returned to us, you will be charged for re-shipment.
Orders shipped to PO Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico will incur additional charges. We will send you an invoice for these costs once the order is completed, prior to shipping.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is entered. We are not responsible if a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. If you need to cancel or change your shipping address, please contact us via email at support@ohsoamberboutique.com.
All shipments include tracking with delivery confirmation. If your tracking information confirms delivery, but you have not received the package, please
contact the carrier directly.
